Most sessions run one to two hours. We'll spend as much time as it takes to get frames you're proud of.
We shoot tethered to a large monitor, so you see every frame as it's made. You're not guessing at what the camera caught. We adjust posture, expression, and light together until it's right.
You're in control. You decide how many outfits to bring, how long we keep going, and which images get finished. Your session fee covers the time. You pay for the images you choose, and nothing else.
Selection happens the same day, in the studio, on the big screen. You leave knowing exactly what you're getting.

Choose as many or as few as you want after the session. Retouching, high-resolution files, and delivery are included in the price.

No waiting on proofs. You review and pick your images before you leave the studio, with your photographer beside you.
We soften lines, whiten teeth, remove stray hairs, and clean up blemishes. We don't sculpt you into someone else.
You pay only for images you choose. If none of them are right, you don't buy any. Twenty-nine years in, that almost never happens.

Solid colors over patterns, and something you feel like yourself in. Bring two or three options and we'll pick together. For most professional headshots, a jacket or structured layer photographs well. Avoid logos and very thin stripes.
Plan for one to two hours including selection. If you're on a tight schedule, tell us when you arrive and we'll work efficiently. If you want to keep going, we keep going.
Two to four is typical: a primary headshot, a second expression or crop, and sometimes a different outfit for a different use. There's no minimum.
A professional artist meets you at the studio before your session. It adds about 45 minutes and $300. It's optional, and it makes a visible difference on camera for most people, men included.
Retouched, high-resolution files are delivered by download link, typically within a few business days of your session. Need them faster for a deadline? Tell us when you book.
Often, yes. Many firms reimburse professional headshots or already have a corporate account with us. If your organization needs portraits for several people, our corporate programs are usually the better fit.
Choose a session type, then a time. You'll pay the session fee when you book and get a confirmation by email.
